This blog was started as a way to reflect on my own progress while completing my  MFA in the Low Residency program at The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.  I often found myself fumbling to find balance with my role in an artist run gallery, raising three kids, while being a student myself.  I leave the blog entries here as a reminder that growth isn't always graceful, but that struggling can also be generative.
